Then I used TweakFS - Registry Utility for FSX Version 1.3 to re-create the registry entries that FSX would have.

Changed the config in Rex and Bam! I could now import the textures into P3D. Works fine and some of the files do end up in the fake FSX directory, so I just cut them and pasted into their respective P3D folders.

I read that there was a patch so I wouldn't have to do that, but I couldn't find it, and I grew impatient, and in the end it all works great.P3D runs so much better than FSX it's friggin great! Oh the readme says you have to have a specific version for this to work, and that wasn't true because I had a version that updated just fine, and it wasn't listed. Thank you uploader!!!
